Return & Exchange Policy

At Sizaar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong product, size, or color.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The product has a manufacturing fault.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Size Exchange

If you ordered the wrong size, Sizaare may offer a size exchange, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost for size-related exchanges. The replacement item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Items returned after the 7-day exchange period.

  • Products damaged due to improper use or care.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the exchange

  • Clear photos or videos of the product, if applicable

Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.

Refunds

Sizaare generally offers exchanges rather than refunds. However, if an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly sent and a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be offered.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the applicable payment method and may take additional time to appear in your account.

Important Note

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by the Sizaare team. We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
